To remove a line from the network

1. Click the line you want to delete on the map
2. In the Feature Table toolbar click on Manage Transit lines and system data.
3. The Transit Data Editor will open, and the selected line will be highlighted:

   

4. Click on Remove Line to delete it.

Alternatively:

1. Right-click on a map layer Open the Transit Editor.
2. Use the Filter.. bar to display specific line names and find the appropriate one more easily
3. Click on the line name to select it > Remove Line
